Kids Cancer Australia prides itself on Supporting and Empowering Kids with Cancer throughout Australia. Our key goal is to raise funds through events, donations, partnerships and public appeals, so that we can achieve our key objectives:
- Ensure young children and adolescents with cancer are provided with the best possible care;
- Ensure immediate family and carers are provided the best possible support, education and information;
- Support the establishment of adolescent oncology total care units in every major city in Australia;
- Establish and provide holiday accommodation and getaways for kids with cancer and their families;
- Support evidence based childhood and adolescent cancer treatment, rehabilitation, research and preventions programs; and
- Promote community awareness and education in relation to childhood and adolescent cancer.
